Because Virgin Voyages cruises often sell out months in advance, it is advised that you place your deposit as soon as possible. It's important to note that the final payment is due approx. 120 days prior to the sailing. If you book within 120 days of sailing, then the full cruise fare is due at the time you book (instead of just a deposit).

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES - THERE ARE 3 REQUIRED PAYMENTS

- THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT TO BOOK YOUR ROOM IS 20% OF THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR RESERVATION AND IT IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE RESERVATION BEING MADE. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND PAYMENT OF $300 OF YOUR RESERVATION COSTS IS DUE ON AUGUST 14, 2026.

- THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR ANY REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR CRUISE RESERVATION IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 20, 2026.

ANY LATE PAYMENTS FOR THE 2ND DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT ARE SUBJECT TO A $50/PERSON PENALTY FEE. WE WILL SEND OUT PAYMENT REMINDERS A WEEK PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE.
